Welcome to a New Year – not one defined by resolutions, but by a continued commitment to longevity science.

For the past 10 years, our focus has been intentional and unwavering: health span and longevity. We have immersed ourselves in the evolution of this field by attending leading conferences such as A4M, The Metabolic Health Summit, Dave Asprey’s Biohacking Conference, and many others that continue to shape our direction. Over the past several years, breakthroughs in science and technology have accelerated rapidly; this pace will only continue to grow exponentially.

That is why we don’t chase trends. We focus on proven science and emerging tools that truly benefit long-term health.

We are excited about modalities such as sauna, salt therapy, red light therapy, cryotherapy, PEMF, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). The depth of data and scientific research supporting these tools is now robust and ready to be meaningfully applied. Long-term success is created through alignment, commitment, and consistency, and science is the compass that guides us.

AXIS was designed to be a single source of guidance for personal health. We will continue learning from leading experts in areas such as neuroscience, strength, balance, flexibility, physical therapy, and cardiovascular health. We will delve deeper into the proven ways for you to live longer and healthier. This is why we are so excited to share that our new home will open at the end of February.

We have deeply loved our gym on Ravenswood Avenue for over 29 years and are incredibly grateful for the joy, growth, and community it fostered. The future, however, is bright and we are unveiling a new training and restoration space rooted in science, guided by experts, refined by data, and elevated by AI. When we first envisioned this future 10 years ago, it was simply too early. What you are about to experience is now possible.

We are fortunate to live in Silicon Valley, where innovators, entrepreneurs, scientists, and passionate trainers thrive together. At our most recent functional medicine conference, we were inspired by extraordinary speakers from institutions such as Stanford, Johns Hopkins and Harvard. This is where bold ideas are born.

Too often, groundbreaking ideas are dismissed with: “That won’t work,” or “You don’t have a study yet.” And yet, as so perfectly stated at the A4M conference:

“You don’t do a double-blind study on the efficacy of a parachute when jumping out of a plane.”

The room erupted with laughter, and understanding.

The future of health and longevity is here. And we’re just getting started.

Much Love,

Scott, Alli & Your AXIS Team
