Personal training starts at $145 per hour.
All personal training clients maintain a monthly membership of $105/month.

Restoration Services (Drop-In)

  • $50 per single service
  • $85 Day Pass (includes red light, cryotherapy, Normatec, and sauna)

Cardio-Only Membership

$160/month

Includes cardio access, locker rooms, sauna, and Normatec.

All-Inclusive Training & Restoration Membership

$350/month

For training clients. Includes unlimited red light and cryotherapy (appointment required), locker rooms, sauna, Normatec and cardio access.

All-Inclusive Restoration Membership

$450/month

Includes unlimited red light and cryotherapy (appointment required), locker rooms, sauna, Normatec, and cardio access.
