This fee helps to ensure that we have the best possible environment for our team members and clients. It allows us to hire and retain the most dedicated and highly educated staff by offering benefits such as health care, PTO, a 401K match, as well as many financial opportunities. Our goal is to provide a place for them to grow personally and professionally, and to thrive in the Bay Area – one of the most expensive places to live in the country. High trainer retention is directly correlated with client consistency and success and we pride ourselves on the longevity of our staff, most of whom have been with us for over 10 years (several over 20 years!).
After almost 30 years in business, we have just opened a brand new training space, and are continuing to add more recovery and restoration services for your long term health and longevity goals. The membership fees allow us to continue to provide the most current modalities, the best training and a premier facility for an exceptional experience. We are committed to constant never-ending improvement in every aspect of AXIS.
We want to make sure that all of our clients are happy with their whole experience. Some personalities don’t mix and that’s okay! Please let Jodie know right away so that she can find an alternative trainer who will better suit your needs.Â
