Elizabeth Feierabend, Club TrainerLiz has been training clients at Axis for nearly 9 years. Liz most loves working with recreational athletes,especially golfers, runners, and cyclists looking to overcome dysfunction and improve their durability and longevity in sport participation. With a background in sports medicine and 5 seasons of experience coaching triathletes for Team in Training she is especially suited to the needs of endurance athletes. She has trained for and competed in an Iron-distance triathlon and has been an avid Olympic-style weightlifter for 15 years. In her spare time she loves reading, running, hiking, backpacking, riding her bike, and sipping the finest California wines.
