"What would I do without Liz! Right when I started getting involved in endurance sports, I had to have surgery on my Achilles tendon. Liz worked with me through the entire process, getting me strong before the surgery, working me out even while on crutches and in a boot, to helping me back participating in endurance events less than a year from surgery. I was able to do a triathlon and 10k race in less than 12 months post-surgery!. Her dedication, knowledge and customized approach allows each of her clients achieve the goals they desire."
"Liz has been my personal trainer for over six years and I am in awe of her fine talents. The workouts are personalized and specific to my needs. I'm clear my increased level of strength and endurance are a direct result of my workouts with Liz."
