As a personal trainer, I believe in overall body training: strength and flexibility, power and endurance, agility and balance. We will improve each of these essential aspects of fitness beginning with exercises appropriate to your ability level. My workouts will challenge you and leave you invigorated. I merge a multitude of styles: functional training, core stability, postural alignment, power lifting, Olympic lifting, agility drills, yoga, orthopaedic rehabilitation. I favor a fast moving circuit of multi-joint exercises. Every minute you are with me will be filled with exercises specifically chosen to meet your goals.
Our first meeting will be an assessment of your level and discussion about your goals and current lifestyle choices. From that meeting, I will create an individualized workout program to focus on bringing your body into balance and meeting your health/fitness/physique goals. I will recommend an exercise schedule that includes workouts without me.
Research continues to support the fact that lifestyle choices are an essential component to overall health and fitness.
