Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was the human body. It’s just as Aristotle said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” Everyday you take a step to enrich your life, you are one step closer to achieving any goal that you desire.

I have always had a passion and love for fitness. I wrestled for 12 years and also practiced martial arts. Upon graduating from high school in New Jersey, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman/Rifleman. After my time in the Corps, I obtained my B.S. degree in Kinesiology at San Diego State University, where I interned as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the football team.
