No one component of fitness is more important than another. A balance of strength, flexibility, speed, power, muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness, are all pieces of a training program that are important to achieve optimal benefits. It is never to late to start! I became a Personal Trainer to help people learn how to make positive lifestyle changes, and to share my passion. I strive to give my clients the tools needed to make goals, take the proper steps to achieve those goals and to concur them! I want to see Success! Your body is your temple, keeping your body strong and healthy is one of the greatest gifts you can ever give yourself.

Maintaining a clean/healthy diet and a consistent fitness program will take you a long way. Don't limit yourself. Cross- train and step out of your comfort zone as much as possible, variety is good! Change is good! Just get up and move! It is a great feeling!

I became a trainer because I want to help people make positive lifestyle changes and share all of the amazing benefits of fitness with others.
My Hobbies include....sports, music, traveling, and spending time with family. I usually watch at least one movie a day and could probably eat sushi every day for the rest of my life! I enjoy trying new things and meeting new people. I think you can never know too many people or have too many friends.
My Hometown is...Walla Walla Washington.
