The AXIS online scheduling system offers a convenient way for you to book, cancel, and view upcoming appointments at AXIS.

New Clients:
You may begin using our online scheduling system after you complete your first session at AXIS and are assigned an AXIS ID/Customer Number. Click here to get started!

Current  Clients:
Username: Your username is your Last name followed by your AXIS ID/Customer number, with all letters in lowercase. If you don't know your AXIS ID/Customer number, it can be found on the top portion of your AXIS bill.

Password: Your initial password is your ID/Customer number, with the letter in uppercase. You may change your password after you log-in for the first time.
