For me the most inspiring and promising feature of Traditional Chinese Medicine is being able to provide a very unique an personally-oriented treatment for a wide variety of problems. Acupuncture is recognized by the National Institute of Health and the World Health Organization to be effective at treating conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, anxiety, arthritis, additions (alcohol, drugs, smoking), depression, fatigue, headache, pain, stress, tennis elbow, and many more.
Because of my experience in sports massage, I have a good understanding of muscular-skeletal problems, and my background in psychology is helpful for the treatment of mood disorders and stress management.

Natalie Miner began her career in massage therapy in the former Soviet Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
She moved to the United States in 2001 after she met her husband, an American engineer. Since arriving in the US, Natalie has continued her education and certification in massage. Some of her other pursuits include acupuncture and psychology.
“I like learning about anything that helps people,” she says.
For fun, she and her husband participate in ballroom dance competitions, and her team won first place in a California-wide contest held in San Francisco in August.
“We started out dancing just for fun at parties,” she says. “But that led us to classes, which turned out to be so much fun that we joined the dance studio’s team.”
Natalie’s favorite dance is the waltz, though she now knows the moves for the salsa, tango, and cha-cha. It’s hard not to think that her dance ability translates into a better massage experience for her clients.
“Even before I started dancing, I used to say that massage is a dance, it’s just that one partner is lying down,” she laughs.
