I strive to provide not only a great workout, but also to educate and help clients to set and achieve goals.

I went through a difficult period for a couple of years where I didn't exercise at all and ate unhealthily. I discovered weight training and started to gain my self esteem and confidence again. training turned my life around, and I believe it can do the same for others.

My Hobbies include...anything outdoors. I also live traveling, rugby, and spending time with my dogs.
My Hometown is...Santa Clara.
