I like to support my clients in gaining awareness of their bodies. Awareness is the first step to long-term changes and healing.

I became a massage therapist because I enjoy working with people. The most fascinating experience is to keep learning how our body, mind, and emotions are connected. I find it a great joy and a privilege that clients trust me with their bodies, and to heal their aches and pains. I love to see the peaceful expressions on their faces at the end of our sessions!

My Hobbies.... To center and ground myself, I enjoy hiking. To keep my body strong and healthy, I work out at least twice a week. To just be happy and have fun, I practice ballroom dancing.
