As a Kinesiology student at San Diego State University and through my professional experience, I have learned both the benefits and importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Fitness, nutrition, and health are eminent in my life, and I have a true passion for making that a reality in others.
While working in a physical therapy setting I gained amazing experience training patients with specific injuries and deficiencies. This also allowed me to work with people of all ages and abilities. Through motivation and the development of proper body mechanics I helped patients progress to higher levels of fitness and function. My experience with physical therapy rehabilitation was extremely valuable as I incorporate many aspects into my personal training approach.
I have always be an extremely active person and involved in athletics. In high school I played football, basketball, and baseball, as I truly enjoy the competitive nature of sports and being part of a team. I found it essential to set goals and challenge myself as an athlete, but to also have fun each time I stepped on the field.
Exercise should be fun, and a part of your everyday life. It is never too late for anything, especially making fitness a priority. Everyone has a different style when it comes to exercising, find yours, and “Get after it!”
I became a trainer because fitness has always been a major part of my life and I love sharing my passion with others. Being able to interact with my clients while make a lasting impact and helping them achieve their goals is extremely gratifying. When I was no longer competing in baseball at the collegiate level I knew that exercise and nutrition needed to remain a constant in my life. Through my education and enthusiasm for fitness, nutrition, and health I have been able to turn my passion into a lifestyle and want to do the same for all of my clients.

Challenge yourself because hard work pays off.

My hobbies include…. anything outdoors, baseball, running, snowboarding, wakeboarding, mountain biking, and having fun with my family and friends.
My hometown is….San Mateo, Ca.
My favorite food is…. Mexican.
My favorite vacation spot is… Maui.
My favorite sports team is…. The San Francisco Giants.
